American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
This class is designed for emergency healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, firefighters, EMTs, Paramedics, etc. This class meets the requirements of the Oregon Health Authority. One and two person CPR/AED along with proper use of the bag valve mask, cardiac medications, supportive care, EKG recognition, and other advanced skills will be covered. Students will need to complete a 50 question test to pass the class. Upon successful completion, students will receive an AHA ACLS course completion eCard, valid for two years.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
This class is designed for healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, firefighters, dental hygienists, optometrists, EMTs, Paramedics, etc. This class meets the requirements of the Oregon Health Authority. One and two person CPR/AED along with proper use of the bag valve mask will be covered. Students will need to complete a 25 question test to pass the class. Upon successful completion, students will receive an AHA BLS course completion eCard, valid for two years.
CPR/AED
This class is recommended for individuals, families, and organizations who want to learn CPR and AED skills. Our program follows current scholarly guidelines adopted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Our goal is to ensure competency and to produce students confident in their skills. Upon successful completion, students will receive a certificate of completion, valid for two years.
American Heart Association "Heartsaver" CPR and AED
This class is recommended for individuals, families, and organizations who want to learn CPR and AED skills and need an American Heart Association eCard. AHA's curriculum will be followed in this class to ensure you meet all the benchmarks needed in these life saving skills. Upon successful completion, students will receive a course completion AHA eCard, valid for two years.
First Aid and Stop the Bleed
We have created our very own First Aid program which covers common medical emergencies and what you can do to help in those situations. Our class was put together by emergency medical providers who are experienced in handling these emergencies on a day-to-day basis. Questions from students are encouraged and we can add additional instruction to suit your needs. Upon successful completion, students will receive a certificate of completion, valid for two years.
We're offering Stop the Bleed training included with First Aid! The average time for a person to bleed out can range anywhere from 3-5 minutes. Average EMS response time is usually 7-10 minutes, and may take even longer in rural areas. Our goal is to ensure competency and to produce students able to help manage and successfully stop severe bleeding from traumatic injuries. Based on the highly successful STOP THE BLEED® Project, successful completion will provide a nationally recognized certificate.
Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) Hybrid, 1 day
Completion of online PHTLS training is required prior to the hand-on assessment. Our instructors will test your trauma skills so you can give the best care possible. We will provide hands-on, realistic scenarios you can develop your skills in patient management and quality trauma care. Hosting agencies need to provide volunteers to act as victims for scenarios. Upon completion, students will receive a PHTLS certification, valid for 4 years.
CPR/AED Fundamentals
If you're on a budget, don't need a CPR certificate or eCard, or want to get a lot of people through training in a short amount of time, we offer this one hour class to fit your needs. Two of our instructors will bring eight manikins and will provide CPR training and practice, along with a demonstration on how to use an AED. We will ensure people feel comfortable with the mechanics of giving high-quality CPR and know the steps in getting victims the help they need. This training does not come with a certificate of completion or eCard.

Do you know the ins and outs of fire extinguishers? In this class we provide a general overview of this tool to better help you understand how to use it in emergency situations. We cover the different types of fire extinguishers along with how to use them. This class does not contain any hands-on practice.
