Service Description

This class exceeds the requirements of the Oregon Health Authority and is based on AHA and CDC guidelines. Subjects covered are techniques on single person CPR, how to use an AED and pocket mask, how to provide a positive outcome for the patient, understanding of common medical emergencies, hands-on practice in basic bleeding control, and what to expect from responding emergency personnel. Upon successful completion, students will receive a Rescue+ CPR/AED and First Aid course completion certificate, and a Stop the Bleed course completion certificate. Certificates valid for two years.
