1:30pm First Aid and Stop the Bleed

Service Description

This class exceeds the requirements of the Oregon Health Authority and is based on AHA and CDC guidelines. Subjects covered are techniques on how to provide a positive outcome for the patient, understanding of common medical emergencies, hands-on practice in basic bleeding control, and what to expect from responding emergency personnel. Upon successful completion, students will receive a Rescue+ First Aid course completion certificate and a Stop the Bleed course completion certificate. Certificates valid for two years.
